Founded in 1999, Castwell Homes is not just a building company, we're a company that creates homes. We have an established record of building both new houses and flats as a development company and undertaking refurbishment work for private clients as a construction firm. Through all the multi-faceted stages of any construction project we make sure that the final building is sensitive to the needs of the client and environment.
Our directors are both highly experienced and qualified craftsman who have collectively been in the building industry for over 40 years. They are involved in all construction projects on site as well as project managing teams. Michael Tavenier, who has wide experience of groundwork, drainage and steelwork, is a bricklayer by trade – he also is a qualified surveyor and is responsible for pricing tenders and keeping control of costs. David Bailey is a joiner by trade – he is responsible for the co-ordination of building services and finishes, he specialises in high quality kitchens and bathrooms. The unique and diverse range of people that make Castwell enables the company to undertake complex construction projects and produce bespoke high quality finished buildings. The most important aspect of our work and the main company ethos is client satisfaction; we enjoy working with new people helping to create spaces that will enhance their lives.
Operating throughout the London area, our developments and building work are located in diverse locations, reflecting the dynamics and agility of the company. We are focused on producing beautifully detailed buildings with good quality finishes. We pride ourselves on our previous work and experience, which is why any building projects we are involved in work and will continue to do so.
